We're hiring a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Rivervale office in support of our shutdown, maintenance and project teams.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Mobilisation Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team based in Rivervale, WA.
In this exciting role you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a smooth mobilisation of employees to our sites and delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities Coordinating shutdown, project and site-specific mobilisation processes.
Processing flight and accommodation requests and confirmations.
Assisting with pre mobilisation requirements such as PPE, drug and alcohol testing, vehicles and accommodation.
Updating employee / shutdown / project information using Breight's databases.
Must be available to attend regional shutdowns / projects to provide site admin support as required.
About You Previous experience within a high volume mobilisation team.
Previous on site experience will also be considered an advantage.
Experience with mobilisation software (e.g. Enable, CMS) desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and general administration skills across Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player who can also work autonomously.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
