You will apply your scientific and technical expertise to perform a variety of routine diagnostic tests, ensuring accuracy, reliability and efficiency in every procedure. Working collaboratively within a laboratory team, you will be involved in all aspects of the diagnostic process — from problem definition and planning through to execution, analysis and reporting. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of laboratory practices by supporting the development, evaluation and implementation of new techniques and methodologies under supervision. About You You are a motivated and detail-oriented laboratory professional with strong scientific and technical skills. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: A Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Laboratory Science) or equivalent qualification. Proven ability to perform routine diagnostic testing, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain laboratory equipment according to procedures. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team and provide excellent customer service. Sound knowledge of laboratory practices, quality procedures, and experience using laboratory equipment, computing systems, and data processing tools.
