Trucare Health Group is a thriving physiotherapy practice located in Southern Adelaide, with clinics in Morphett Vale and Flagstaff Hill. We are led by senior physiotherapists with advanced post‑graduate qualifications – including Titled Musculoskeletal and Sports & Exercise Physiotherapists, and a PhD‑level expert in Gerontology and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy – each with over 20 years of clinical experience.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in leading clinical excellence, supporting junior clinicians, and shaping the future direction of our service. Your caseload will be diverse, with clients across musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, sports injuries, NDIS, vestibular rehab, cancer rehab, and Clinical Pilates. This role includes structured leadership responsibilities, one‑on‑one mentoring support, and the opportunity to grow into a clinical management role.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead, nurture, and manage a diverse clinical caseload
* Provide supervision and mentoring to junior physiotherapists and students
* Deliver high‑quality Clinical Pilates and functional rehabilitation sessions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with referring GPs, specialists, and local community stakeholders
* Contribute to and shape our positive, collaborative team culture
* Deliver regular internal PD/training sessions and support professional development initiatives
Requirements
* Full AHPRA registration
* Minimum 5 years of experience in private practice or similar setting
* Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Australian working rights, driver's licence, and own vehicle
* Passion for clinical excellence, innovation, and community‑focused care
* Additional training in Women's Health or post‑graduate qualifications (desirable)
