We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a dedicated support specialist for children in the four-to-five-year-old room.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing by providing a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, and emotional growth of every child.
* Develop and implement inclusive programs that foster meaningful relationships between children, educators, and families.
* Collaborate with educators to create a supportive community that values diversity and promotes a sense of belonging among all members.
* Contribute to the development of flexible program plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
* Work closely with educators to observe and reflect on children's strengths and developmental needs, ensuring that their voices are heard and valued.
About You
We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about shaping the lives of young children. If you are an empathetic and creative individual with a strong commitment to inclusivity and diversity, we would love to hear from you.
To succeed in this role, you must have a Certificate III or higher qualification in early childhood education and care, along with relevant experience working with children aged four to five years old. A current Working With Children Check and First Aid training are also essential requirements.
