Accounts Payable Officer
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the timely processing and payment of vendor invoices and payment requisitions.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Rivervale, WA. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in a large and complex service delivery organisation.
* Process and pay vendor invoices and payment requisitions in a timely and accurate manner.
* Receive and check invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and protocols.
* Follow up on queries related to invoices with Heads of Department or Managers.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also have strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
