About the Role
As a Truck Driver/Storeperson, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Southern operations. Based initially at Derwent Park, you’ll be responsible for transporting goods between our stores and delivering to customers across the region.
Operating Monday to Friday, this role combines driving with warehouse and branch support, giving you variety and plenty of opportunity to grow within the business.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
* Safely delivering goods to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner
* Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and safe handling practices
* Supporting branch operations with general storeperson duties
* Working closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries
* Engaging with customers to provide a friendly, reliable service experience
* Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and vehicle care
* Assisting across other branches when required
What We’re Looking For
* A safety-first person who takes pride in doing things the right way
* A confident and reliable driver with strong customer service skills
* Someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team environment
* Current Heavy Rigid (HR) licence or higher
* Current Forklift High-Risk Work Licence
* Truck crane experience is an advantage, but not essential
* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
