About the role:
As a supervisor you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of repair projects across the SEQ Region. You will use your project management skills to ensure that all projects are being completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting with clients, assessing, reporting and quoting for repairs
* Establish scope of works
* Allocating and scheduling works for trade base across various repair jobs
* Ensure all insurance KPI's are met
* Update insurance companies, homeowners and other stakeholders regularly
* Oversee a portfolio of projects and making sure all works are being completed to the highest standard and in line with safety standards
The ideal candidate will possess:
* QBCC Low Rise Licence
* 2 years' experience in the insurance industry
* Well-rounded experience in both Residential and Commercial repairs
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Experience completing projects on time, within budget and to the highest standard
* Knowledge of Building Codes, Repair Process, Finishing Standards, Products, Suppliers, Contracts, Scope of Works and the Variation process
