As we expand our presence across global markets outside the US and Canada, we are looking for a Brand & PR Associate to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage the serious dating community, and drive growth for the company.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Brand & PR Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in PR, social media, and integrated communications, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for consumer and lifestyle brands. You will play a key role in shaping brand perception, driving local relevance, and strengthening media and influencer relations across Australia and the broader Asia region.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute integrated PR and social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners across consumer and lifestyle sectors.
* Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and storytelling content.
* Support the planning and execution of brand activations and events; independently manage smaller-scale events end-to-end.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize brand campaigns and ensure consistency across channels.
* Monitor media coverage, track PR and social performance, and provide actionable insights.
* Manage day-to-day PR agency and vendor coordination where needed.
Requirements
* 4–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or social media, ideally with exposure to integrated brand campaigns.
* Strong media and influencer network in Australia, particularly within the consumer, culture, and lifestyle sectors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft polished press materials.
* Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a remote‐first environment.
* Hands‐on experience in event planning and execution, with the ability to lead small‐scale activations independently.
* Passion for building meaningful brand stories and connecting with culture.
