Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive, enthusiastic and technically skilled IT Support Specialists to join our new team in Canberra. As a Senior Technical Service Desk agent, you will provide first-level IT support and be responsible for responding to and resolving customer requests.
* Provide fast, efficient and friendly customer service.
* Accurately document calls and incidents.
* Manage time and workload to meet predetermined service levels.
* Maintain data accuracy in our contact management system.
* Assign incidents and requests to the correct support group.
Requirements:
* A valid security clearance is required. And the ability to obtain a higher security clearance is advantageous.
* You must be an Australian citizen.
* Applicants with customer service experience are preferred.
* One year of IT service desk experience is required.
