**Job Title:** Assistant Director of Integrity and Recruitment
About the Role:
The Assistant Director of Integrity and Recruitment will be responsible for managing recruitment, code of conduct, and integrity matters across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SES recruitment processes to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
• Provide guidance on code of conduct and integrity principles in an APS environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the organization.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have high-level persuasive communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels. You will also have a strong understanding of recruitment, code of conduct, and integrity principles in an APS environment.
