Job Title: Team Leader
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Deputy Operations Director - Active Recovery. This includes managing a team of administrative staff, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the mental health teams they support, and maintaining a high standard of service provision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attending to internal and external enquiries via phone and face-to-face
* Ensuring timely follow up action is taken; typing; data entry; maintaining, updating, and training for office and information management systems and procedures
* General administrative duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3 years administration experience (preferred)
* Outstanding customer service skills
* High attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptive to changing environment
* Experience in MS Office Suite
* Experience working in a mental health or medical health setting would be highly desirable but not essential
