We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team in Darwin.
As part of the organization, you will help engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services.
* Provide exceptional customer service and information about products.
* Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
* Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
* Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
* Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales or customer service, be able to use a computer, and be happy to learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking orders and maintaining shop floor displays.
* Maintaining accurate information for customers.
* Working flexible shifts including weekends.
