About the role
Our clients are seeking permanent full-time Facility Managers in Nedlands and a Director of Nursing in Rockingham for their aged care facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide overall leadership and management of the aged care facility
Ensure consistent high-quality person-centred care is provided to the highest standard
Deliver optimal business outcomes and commercial results
Ensure the aged care facility is compliant with accreditation standards
Maintain a continuous improvement approach
Lead the identification & management of risks
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
Contribute to a positive team culture and foster positive working relationships
Provide leadership, coaching and development to a multi-disciplinary team
Implement change to achieve desired outcomes
To be successful in the role you will have:
Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
National Police and NDIS clearances
Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
Proven experience in financial, human and asset management
Knowledge of government regulations, statutes, and acts
Robust written and verbal communication skills
