We are looking for a Senior Mentor to manage a caseload, providing person-centred, intensive case management while promoting the Parent Pathways program across the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Caseworker Role
* Mentor and coach parents and carers in overcoming vocational and non-vocational barriers to achieve their goals.
* Build and maintain community connections with employers, schools and services to create pathways.
* Manage compliance, administration and reporting requirements using MS Office.
* Promote the Parent Pathways program to stakeholders and contribute to quality and audit outcomes.
About You
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Bring:
* A Diploma level qualification in Community Services, Mental Health, Business, HR, Youth or related field (or currently undertaking).
* Experience in Employment Services or Community Services is highly regarded.
* Experience in case management.
* Strong interpersonal, coaching and problem solving skills.
* Proficiency with computer systems and documentation.
* Personal experience overcoming challenges, or as a parent or carer, bringing the ability to genuinely connect with and inspire participants.
