About the Opportunity
As the D&T Portfolio Delivery Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of CleanCo's Digital & Technology programs and projects, including integration, automation, and transformation initiatives. This role reports to the Chief Information Officer and oversees a team of Program Managers, Project Managers, Change Managers, and PMO personnel.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering strategic D&T projects aligned with CleanCo's business goals
* Leading procurement, governance, and assurance activities
* Managing budgets, resources, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation
* Driving continuous improvement and embedding CleanCo's values in delivery practices
About you
You bring extensive experience in ICT program and project delivery, ideally within energy or utilities. You're confident leading large-scale implementations and change initiatives, and you thrive in complex environments.
You'll also have:
* Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Business Management or similar
* Project management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile)
* Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and reporting across multiple programs
This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, with hybrid work options available.
