We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves working across all facilities to provide high-quality care and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the inequities and health issues faced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, and be able to deliver informed, evidence-based culturally appropriate care.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate a high-level understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health inequities, and deliver informed, evidence-based culturally appropriate care
* Liaise with healthcare providers and community organizations to ensure seamless delivery of care
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, and be able to support the development and implementation of strategies to improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health outcomes.
