About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our Director. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, driving success and innovation.
This is a permanent, part-time position based in South Melbourne, reporting to the Director of The MacKillop Institute.

Key Responsibilities
* Senior administrative experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in diverse contexts.
* An ability to manage complex issues and competing priorities by utilising analytical and conceptual skills.

Requirements
* A valid and current Driver's Licence.
* Satisfactory Criminal History Check (paid for by MacKillop).
* Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
* Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check (for risk-assessed/client-facing roles).
