With 60+ staff and a growing customer base, we're seeking an energetic and detail-driven team player to join our Cannonvale office.

About the Role

Customer Service

Cannonvale | Full-Time | Stable & Consistent

Due to internal growth and restructuring, we're looking for a motivated and driven individual to be part of our welcoming duo on the Front Desk. You will be the friendly and helpful face and voice of the company. You'll juggle customer inquiries, assist with orders, resolve stock queries, and keep everything running smoothly.

What you'll do:

* Greet customers and answer calls with warmth and professionalism.
* Process payments accurately and manage the customer service inbox efficiently.
* Proactively support customers with queries and concerns.
* Resolve out-of-stock issues quickly and suggest product alternatives.
* Keep spreadsheets, order logs, and CRM data up to date.
* Handle mail, banking, groceries, and occasional errands.

Initially Customer Service focused, with the opportunity over time to expand into Sales Support duties in collaboration with the wider team.

What we're looking for:

You are resilient, up for a challenge and highly motivated to learn and grow. You enjoy being busy, working in a fast paced environment and solving problems on the fly.

Key qualities include:

* Customer service, office and administration experience is a must.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook & Excel).
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management.
* Confident with systems and a willingness to learn new tools.
* A proactive go getter with an energetic attitude.
* Professional phone and in person manner.

CRM/ERP experience, hospitality or food industry background, and local area knowledge.
