Your Main Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and enhance the performance of the company website to ensure stability, speed, and responsiveness.
- Design and update digital visuals and content for online publishing.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery across our website and third-party platforms.
- Troubleshoot website and system errors to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and manage data security, backups, and overall site performance.
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure promotions and product content are accurately reflected online.
- Liaise with external vendors for technical support, integrations, and platform enhancements.
What We Are Looking For:
- A qualification in Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web administration or a related role
- Familiarity with integrating and managing listings on online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Catch, etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Range: $60,001 - $80,000 + Super
