Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Charter Services Representative (CSR) is responsible for growing the charter business and coordinating all charter requirements across one or multiple service locations. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences while building strong relationships and identifying new charter opportunities across the network.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage charter bookings and respond to day-to-day customer enquiries.
* Coordinate charters end-to-end to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Drive charter growth by building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
* Support CDC’s community engagement initiatives and customer partnerships.
* Assist with resource allocation, supervision, administration, and reporting.
* Contribute to workplace health and safety outcomes.
About You
* Experience in a face-to-face customer service and/or sales role.
* A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Initiative, reliability, and confidence in managing changing priorities.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-developed computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* The ability to build rapport with existing and new customers.
* Experience delivering presentations or information to customers (desirable).
* The ability to work cooperatively with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Preparedness to work flexible hours and across varying locations.
* A valid Victorian Driver’s Licence (essential).
