High-Impact Training Leader
The Role
In this key position, you will drive the strategic planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-impact competency-based training solutions for air traffic controllers, supervisors, and support staff.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Significant demonstrated experience in strategic training leadership within complex, regulated environments, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-stakes projects under pressure.
* Deep understanding of aviation training regulations and competency-based training models, with experience in their application in an operational service delivery environment.
* Expert-level stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven significant experience engaging and collaborating with senior leaders and operational staff.
* Significant demonstrated experience managing training and operational change initiatives within complex, high-pressure environments.
* Significant demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Security Clearance is Required
