Are you interested in rewarding work, working as part of a team to help keep people safe?
- Are you looking for flexibility e.g. as a working parent seeking work during school hours or are you at university and require shifts around your studies?
- Do you stay up late and want to earn extra money?
Seeing Machines builds technology that saves lives. Driver Monitoring poses deeply challenging problems, and we need dedicated team members to assist us in monitoring our Guardian solution.
About the opportunity
We are seeking to appoint several monitoring analysts for our 24/7 Guardian Centre on an ongoing/permanent basis. Both full time and part time roles are available over a variety of shift patterns.
As a monitoring analyst, you will review video footage which has been captured by our technology in the field, to determine whether a driver is tired or distracted.
You will then contact our clients to advise them of events so that they can manage the safety of their driving fleets. It is really rewarding to work for a company where you are actively helping others to get home safely.
The Guardian Centre operates 24 hours/7 days a week with shifts scheduled to cover this time span.
About you
We will provide you all the training you need to perform the role; however, an interest in providing a high level of customer service to global customers is key to being successful in this role.
This role is about protecting people and saving lives via our eye monitoring technology led by our Guardian Centre Team.
**For this role, we are looking for people who have**:
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer service environment
- Familiar with the use of MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel
- Basic Windows Operating System experience
- Have strong attention to detail to be able to identify key events in video clips
- Be confident to be able to make judgement calls
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, you will be communicating with people globally
