Your key responsibilities will include:_
- Analysing and implementing contract interpretations
- Managing stakeholders, including internal departments, HR, L&D;, Safety, and Labor Hire Providers
- Building labor guidelines and creating labor pools in specific areas
- Developing training and onboarding plans with suppliers, providing consistent ongoing training
- Plan and organise manning for scheduled shut-downs, roster work and coverage positions
- Requirements:_
- Experience in sales, agency blue-collar recruitment, MSP/RPO
- Training and development exposure
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- You must be resilient and able to assess everyone's opinions to make the best decisions. You should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
