As an organization, they strive to support and promote artistic expression and education to a broad range of audiences. The Institute is looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team, and help them achieve their goals. This is a role for either a Junior Finance Business Partner, or a talented Financial Analyst or Accountant with excellent analytical and communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the head of Finance, your main responsibilities as a Junior Finance Business Partner will be:
- Assisting the Head of Finance in all aspects of financial analysis, planning and reporting
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and department heads to prepare and manage budgets, and provide ongoing financial guidance
- Analysing revenue streams, costs, margins and pricing and help the business in providing valuable financial and commercial insights that will drive strategic decision making
- Performing regular financial analyses, forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure the financial health of the organization
- Participating in the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and analysis process
- Supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting for special projects and initiatives
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
**Your Profile**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field
- A CPA or CA Qualification or being in process of obtaining
- At least 2 years of experience in financial accounting, budgeting or financial analysis
- Strong analytical, numerical, and Excel skills
- The ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- You are a talented Financial Analyst or Finance Business Partner, but this role also offers a unique opportunity for a talented financial accountant to transition into a more commercial role as a Finance Business Partner, working closely with senior leadership to drive the financial success of the Institute. Ongoing training and development will be provided
