**Key Responsibilities**
- Hardware and software repairs for both Apple and Windows devices
- Onsite servicing of computers and IT-related hardware
- Remote support from our office to clients
- Assisting in the retail store during peak periods
**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**
- In-depth knowledge of current computer hardware
- Comprehensive troubleshooting skills
- Experience with disassembly and reassembly of computer hardware, both laptop and PC
- IT certifications are desirable
- Prior experience in business IT environments is desirable
**Desirable Attributes**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of the role from start to finish
- Ability to work independently with multiple repairs at once
- Prior experience in either retail or sales
- Skilled phone manner
A driver's licence, police check, and working with children check will be required.
