Responsibilities
* Plan and execute inventory processes to maintain stock accuracy.
* Ensure efficient stock flow and minimize shrinkage to maximize profitability.
* Lead a team to drive excellence in back‐of‐house operations.
* Maintain inventory integrity and deliver top‐tier customer service.
* Train staff and achieve results through effective leadership.
Qualifications
* Retail management or leadership experience.
* Solid understanding of inventory control.
* Ability to lead by example and deliver top‐tier customer service.
* Skills in training and achieving results.
