Visit retail outlets and report back on the store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness etc.
Pose as a customer whilst making detailed observations about your experience, then completing a survey online about the experience.

What affects assignment availability
The number of assignments offered to you depends on your availability, your ability to successfully complete the tasks, your location, willingness to travel, flexibility and reliability.
Time commitment
Surveys can take from 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete.
