Rental Sales Agent Job Description
As a key representative of our organization, the Rental Sales Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while marketing products and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening, reviewing various add-ons and services, communicating procedures effectively, and answering customer questions and inquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing customer car rental needs through active listening
* Reviewing and presenting various add-ons and services to customers
* Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
* Responding to general customer inquiries
Applicants must possess:
* A full and valid driver's license
* Availability for rotating roster / shiftwork
* Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
The successful candidate will also be comfortable learning and using computer systems to accurately input rental information, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
