We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage our Recovery College. The successful applicant will have a degree-level qualification in education or a relevant field, with demonstrated expertise in leading teams and developing high-quality recovery-focused courses.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships across various stakeholders. They will also possess a strong understanding of cultural diversity and the ability to develop courses that meet the needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.
In addition to their technical skills and qualifications, the successful applicant will have a passion for working with people and a commitment to providing high-quality support services.

The successful applicant will work closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the job are carried out to a high standard.
Requirements
 * Degree-level qualification in education or a relevant field
 * Demonstrated expertise in leading teams and developing high-quality recovery-focused courses
 * Excellent leadership and communication skills
 * Ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships
 * Strong understanding of cultural diversity
Candidates must also have Australian Working Rights and be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance within 6 months.
