* Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading key commercial documents.
* Monitor the progress of new business opportunities and key projects, tracking milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and new revenue opportunities within the live event landscape.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in a coordinator, sales support, team assistant, or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Suite.
