Our client is seeking a dynamic **Group HR Manager** to lead and deliver end-to-end HR operations across a group of national commercial and not-for-profit entities. You'll work closely with executive leaders, provide high-level guidance on people strategy, and oversee an HR Coordinator, while supporting an engaged and skilled workforce.

**Your Role**
You'll oversee and deliver the full HR function across multiple entities and states, leading a small team and partnering closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and implement HR strategy aligned to business plans
- Manage and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Oversee performance, engagement, and learning programs
- Lead culture and organisational development initiatives
- Support Board subcommittees and manage HR reporting
- Ensure HR policy compliance and best-practice delivery
- Provide expert advice on ER, IR and employment law
- Oversee WH&S; programs and wellbeing initiatives
- Manage the HR Coordinator and corporate service interfaces
**What You'll Bring**
We're seeking a hands-on, commercially minded HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
You will have:
- Proven experience in HR leadership or senior HRBP roles
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing performance, ER/IR, recruitment, and development
- Strategic thinking with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, related discipline and/or relevant experience
