Payroll Administrator – Employment Hero Payroll

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our national team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of accurate and compliant payroll across a large, blue-collar workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing weekly payroll using Employment Hero.
* Maintaining accurate employee data, including contracts, timesheets, leave, and entitlements.
* Interpreting awards and EBAs to ensure correct pay outcomes.
* Managing superannuation, PAYG, STP lodgments, and EOFY payroll reconciliations.
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including TFNs, super setup, and termination pay.
* Responding to payroll queries and supporting our site-based and office teams.
* Reconciling payroll reports and assisting with audits and compliance.
* Providing support to other payroll team members and upskilling where needed.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in payroll, ideally in a multi-site or blue-collar environment.
* Employment Hero Payroll (or KeyPay) experience is essential.
* MYOB Exo and Timesheet Advantage experience is essential.
* A strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretation.
* High attention to detail and confidence working with confidential information.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder support skills.
* The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
