About the Role
As a Workplace Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing strategic advice and support on workplace relations matters affecting large employee groups and departments. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with various teams to manage industrial issues and guide negotiations, acquisitions, and workplace changes.
* Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies that align with business objectives.

* Assist in the enterprise bargaining process to ensure agreements align with business needs and values.
* Support the management of cases before relevant commissions, including disputes and employee relations matters.

What You Bring
* A background in Law, Employment Relations, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in employee relations or human resource management, with a solid understanding of employment laws.
* Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
* Strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
* An understanding of how workplace relations impact financial performance and productivity.
