We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Support Coordinatorat Dromana Primary Schoolto lead the OSHC program in a school setting. If you are experienced in the early childhood, OSHC and/or disability support sectors and passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, this role is for you.
The Role:
This role is Permanent Part Time.
* Work closely with the Service Coordinator to provide support to the service
* Lead, train and guide in best practice to deliver the highest quality care for every child in care
* Plan and prepare child focused programs for school aged children in a specialist school setting
* High staff to student ratio to ensure every child’s individual needs are met
* Provide children with the opportunity to explore, learn and play and have fun
* Maintain a safe environment for all children, families and staff
* Extensive training and onboarding with ongoing support
* Career development and progression pathways

Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Inclusion Support Coordinator role will have the following:
* Experience with training, coaching and management of a large team
* Experience and confidence in the disability support and childcare sector
* High attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:
In line with sector regulations, the following compliance documentation will be required for the role:
* Employee Working with Children Check
* First Aid + CPR Certificate
* Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
* Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
