Customer Service Representative and First Aid Specialist
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to parents, visitors, students, and staff. The successful applicant will be required to have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ability to juggle multiple tasks, and work autonomously without supervision.

* Good computer skills, a clear telephone manner, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for providing first aid treatment to students and staff, as well as overseeing student attendances. Previous experience in an education setting will see you well positioned to succeed in this role.
