Speech Pathologist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Speech Pathologist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive assessment, intervention, and case management services to clients.
* Empower clients to achieve a fulfilling lifestyle through a person-centred approach.
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team using the key worker model.
* Conduct hub-based and community visits to provide support to clients.
* Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools, and community services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or related field.
* Membership with a recognised Speech Pathology association.
* Right to work in Australia.
* National Police Clearance within 6 months.
* Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
* NDIS Worker Screening check.
* Working with Children Check.
* First Aid Certificate.
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
