The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and education. 
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual with strong leadership and team motivation skills. This person should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, oversee daily centre operations, build strong relationships with families and local stakeholders, and drive quality improvement and qualified development of the team. 
Responsibilities: 
Oversee daily centre operations. 
Build strong relationships with families and local stakeholders. 
Drive quality improvement and professional development of the team. 
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional care and education. 
Requirements: 
Degree or Diploma in Children's Services. 
Minimum 2 years previous Centre Manager experience. 
Previous experience in driving change. 
Knowledge and understanding of Children's Services Regulations and National Quality Standards.
