Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for a Project Administrator. The Project Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of fit-out projects. Core responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, liaising with stakeholders such as contractors, architects, and clients, managing project documentation, monitoring budgets, and ensuring deadlines are met. Additionally, the role includes supporting workplace organization, ensuring compliance with project standards, and facilitating seamless communication among team members.

* Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
* Proficiency in project management software and basic office tools.
* Problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
* Familiarity with fit-out or construction projects is a plus.
* Certification or diploma in Project Administration, Construction Management, or related fields is desirable.
