Job Responsibilities
* Ensure efficient daily operations and allocate loads in the most cost-effective manner.
* Act as the primary point of contact for a major client.
* Drive continuous improvement of efficiency and financial performance.
* Promote a safety-first culture and lead by example.
* Investigate complaints, escalations, incidents, and accidents.
* Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations.
* Manage four Department Managers.
About You
* You possess excellent leadership skills and take a hands-on approach.
* You have previous experience in staff management.
* You have worked in the transport industry and have FMCG experience, which is highly regarded.
* You are tech-savvy, with strong Excel skills.
* You are agile and can adapt to changing priorities.
* You are focused on service delivery and have strong problem-solving skills.
