Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding quarterly and annual targets in your assigned region.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and identify new business opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve agreed-upon goals and objectives
* Budget planning and management to ensure effective use of resources
* Lead generation and conversion through proactive networking and relationship-building
* Closing deals and managing customer expectations to drive revenue growth

Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry
* Strong analytical and commercial skills, including proficiency in Excel and other business tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
