Kings of Neon is the fastest-growing leaders in Illuminated signage that started in the Central Coast and has expanded across the world. Specialising in high-end illuminated signage for businesses with the emphasis of helping them stand out. We create cinematic video, bold brand campaigns, and social-first content for one of the most ambitious businesses in Australia.
We’re looking for a Videographer / Editor to join our team and help us push creative boundaries while delivering high-quality, story-driven work.

The Role
- Shooting on-location across New South Wales (and occasionally interstate and International)
- Capturing stories, product, commercial campaigns and brand.
- Working closely with the creative team to execute briefs in a polished, cinematic style
- Thinking on your feet to adapt quickly to different environments and shoots
What We’re Looking For
- Strong technical foundation with cameras, lighting, and sound
- A keen eye for framing, composition, and storytelling.
- Skills in photography, able to take stills and edit photos into brand style.
- Social media awareness, keeping up with trends and bringing ideas to the table, understanding the format, how to capture content and deliver to our social media coordinator.
- Ability to think fast, problem-solve, and pivot under pressure.
- Experience shooting for socials, content and someone looking to learn and grow from the team around them.
- Collaborative but also confident, working independently.
- Owns their own gear ( 4K Minimum video kit ) with the successful applicate using their own Kings of Neon kit in future.
- Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve – colour, edits, and finishing are a must.
- A PDF cover letter introducing yourself and your full resume.
- Links to 3 of your favourite projects you’ve filmed (and why you chose them)
- Examples where you’ve followed a creative brief OR created intentional emotion through your shooting style

You’ll be joining us in our Tuggerah office, collaborating closely across shoots, strategy, and creative direction.
