ACT Mobile Locksmith is seeking a qualified Locksmith to support our after-hours operations. We are a popular local company with high demand for our after-hours services. We are offering a high base salary, every second week off work paid, and bonus payments of 40% of any job after midnight.

ACT Mobile Locksmith is a local family-owned and operated business, servicing the ACT region. We primarily do standard locksmithing and don't do any electronic or automotive work.
95% of the work we do is standard residential services. Our focus is on doing good quality work and providing a high level of customer service.
We have a good team and really good systems in place to allow you to focus on your work without distractions. We have a really good culture amongst our team of locksmiths, and we are looking for the right person to join us.
We will supply you with everything you need to succeed. Company vehicle with a good setup. Iphone and Uniforms. All consumable tools purchased for you by the business (drillbits, holesaws, spadebits ect). + Tool allowance on top.

About the role
• We are seeking a qualified locksmith with on-road experience to join our Afterhours Team
• The job is structured as 7 days on call, 7 days off work, with a salary paid weekly.
• You will receive 40% of the profit from any job performed after midnight.
• No requirement to assist with business hours operations.
• There are 2 people on call at any time and an additional supervisor available all night (you are not left to sink or swim on your own).
Duties will include:
• Attending job sites for emergency locksmith work.
• Installation, servicing & rekeying of locks and door hardware
• Gain entry for clients locked out.
• Providing instruction on the correct operation of locks to customers
• Maintaining stock levels and the presentability of a work vehicle

Skills/ experience required:
• Qualified Locksmith
• Drivers License
• On the road locksmithing experience
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently with good work ethic
