About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Team Members who possess a genuine passion for customer experience. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, help maintain a tidy workspace, and manage stock efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with customers in order to address their concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* In addition, they should be skilled at maintaining accurate records of sales transactions as well as performing basic mathematical calculations involving cash handling procedures
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of company policies and procedures related to customer service is essential for success within this role. This includes knowledge of product information systems used throughout our stores including but not limited to POS (Point Of Sale), inventory management software etc.
* This position also requires proficiency using computer-based tools such as Microsoft Office suite especially Word Excel Outlook etc.
