What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will oversee catering operations at our Sydney venue(s). Your duties will include: Leading banquet-style catering for events. Getting creative in planning and designing menus for clients. Managing day-to-day kitchen operations and compliance. Mentoring and developing kitchen staff. Working closely with venue and catering teams to deliver a seamless experience. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in corporate catering / commercial cooking. You should be innovative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Key requirements include: Have high-level menu development, costs and food production skills. Possess outstanding organisational and people management skills. Uphold Work Health & Safety and Food Safety protocols Have a dynamic personality.
