Position Overview

The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‐to‐day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth processes, high‐quality patient care, and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the veterinary practice, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure the clinic meets all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Lead and support a team of nurses and administrative staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
• Develop and implement policies to improve patient care and customer service.
• Handle client communications, ensuring a high standard of care and service.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, implementing systems for smooth workflow.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

About You

• Previous experience in a management role within a veterinary practice or related field.
• Cert IV Vet Nurse with relevant industry experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time‐management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and resource allocation.
• Passion for animal care and client service.
• Proficiency in veterinary practice management software such as RXWorks is advantageous.
• Ability to problem‐solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
