Project Coordinator Role Description
Our client is a leading construction contractor, offering services in the civil, commercial and railway industries.
* Thomastown Office
* Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
* Twice weekly site visits throughout Melbourne

Scope: In this role you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, including safety documentation, resource scheduling, contractor instructions, site supervision, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and internal administration.
* Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of projects to promote industry safety and technical standards, and client expectations
* Preparing and developing documentation including project briefs, schedules and management plans
* Supervising project activities including the management of project contractors
* Conducting internal reporting, and identifying and managing potential risks
* Communicating effectively with stakeholders and internal staff
Requirements:
* Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a similar field (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience across varied situations and has in-depth knowledge of Rail Standards, requirements and processes (desirable)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposals and recommendations
* Ability to deliver and develop clear and concise presentations to internal and external audiences as required
* Ability to identify complex problems and effectively problem solve
