The Operations and Service Delivery (OSD) Learning and Development team provides operational learning for all OSD business groups (Courts and Tribunals, National Service Delivery, Senior Courts and Commissioning and Service Improvement) across NZ.
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Learning Delivery Operations team of Trainers, Technical Coaches and Learning Designers.

Required
You will be responsible for assisting the smooth-running of a diverse team. This includes coordination of schedules, travel booking, providing administration assistance for OSD Learning & Development leadership teams, general office administration and assisting with one-off events when required. You will:
- Work with the wider OSD Learning and Development Delivery team and wider business to create and manage schedules including administration of the Learning Management System (Thrive).
- Liaise with managers and learners as required to support effective delivery across the team which may include but not limited to, the printing of learner workbooks, reserving training spaces and the booking of travel.
- Provide the Operations Manager OSD Learning Delivery and the wider leadership team with administrative assistance including the coding of invoices.
Ō Pūkenga/Skills And Experience
This entry level role will suit someone who enjoys interaction and going the extra mile and has an interest in being part of a Learning Delivery team. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Relevant qualification (NCEA L2) or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Have experience as a Learning Administrator or be looking for an opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in this area.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- High degree of computer literacy e.g., Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience or knowledge of working with a Learning Management System (LMS), budgets and an understanding of the principles of te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Some learning design knowledge would be an advantage.
This role is based in our National Office in Wellington.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is between $55,343 and $74,416 – while the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience the successful applicant brings to the role.
