Customer Service Manager Position
The City of Wagga is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Service Team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to contribute to the growth and development of our leisure facilities and services.
This role is responsible for providing efficient and effective financial administration and customer service for Council's fitness and leisure facilities.
* Lead the Customer Service Team and ensure high-quality customer service
* Oversee financial, business administration and cash handling responsibilities
* Maintain and operate leisure management software
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications relevant to the role (Certificate IV in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Customer Service)
* Current Food Safety Supervisors (FSS) Certificate
* Current CPR Accreditation
* Current First Aid Certificate
* NSW Working with Children Check Clearance
* Class C Driver's Licence
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working thirty-eight hours per week. We offer generous leave entitlements, access to Council's Flexible Working Hours Agreement, and subsidies to assist with the cost of wellness and fitness activities.
