If you thrive in complex environments, enjoy solving real‐world problems, and want your work to make a meaningful national impact, this opportunity is for you.
About the Role
In this role, you will:

* Turn complex workforce and operating context into clear options, decision tools and executable plans for senior leaders.
* Build workforce intelligence via scenario planning and modelling that links data to business outcomes and priorities.
* Co‐design future structures, role families and operating models, testing dependencies across capability, culture, leadership and enabling systems.
* Grow the practice: shape offers, mentor pursuits, lift revenue, and develop high‐performing consulting teams.
Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate must hold a Baseline AGSVA security clearance or higher.
What You Bring
* Demonstrated senior experience leading enterprise‐scale Strategic Workforce Planning and organisational design, including segmentation, multi‐year planning, labour‐market considerations and end‐to‐end delivery in complex stakeholder environments.

* Proven ability to design fit‐for‐purpose operating models, structures, governance and implementation sequencing, with a practical, systems‐based lens.
* Track record of building enduring client capability—leaving behind decision tools, templates, frameworks and implementation plans that are owned and reused by clients.
Highly Regarded
* Significant public‐sector experience (Commonwealth and/or State), with confidence operating in high‐governance, approval‐driven environments and facilitating executive‐level design and decision forums.
* Experience connecting future‐of‐work and AI‐enabled workforce considerations to workforce strategy, capability uplift, job redesign and productivity objectives.
