Your new role
As a Senior Tech Lead Software Developer, you will lead the development of digital services, working within a multi-disciplinary team using agile practices. You will be responsible for developing bespoke ASP.NET Core web applications, solutions based on ReactJS, and programmatically interacting with a headless CMS. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to the development and testing team, manage CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable digital experiences.
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience leading a team of developers and building software using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms, specifically:
o ASP.NET Core
o ReactJS using TypeScript and JavaScript
o Azure DevOps with Git
o Building and consuming Web APIs
o Entity Framework Core with Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience managing build and release pipelines using modern CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
* Strong technical design and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Baseline clearance
